Registration Guidelines

1.
Current families have priority registrations from 11/26 – 12/8, so there will be some classes that are already full when new family registration begins, but we have plenty of classes to choose from. Please keep in mind that once you are in our program, you will always have the ability to register first as well. New Families may register by phone with a credit card 847-304-8947 between 9:00am and 12:00 noon beginning December 10, 2008.
2. You can also register by mail or fax, 847-304-8963. Print registration form and fill in completely. Mailed registrations are accepted beginning with a postmark of 12/10.

Include a $75 dollar non-refundable deposit for each registered class.
Your registration cannot be processed without it. Checks can be made payable to Kindermusik Northwest. If we cannot accommodate your choices, your deposit will be returned.

 Students must meet age requirements for each level.
It is in the best interest of your child to be in an age-appropriate environment.

 Please check a materials choice box.
  1. Full set of materials
  2. Sibling kit (Which is ordered when you have 2 children taking the same class or if you’ve had an older child previously enrolled in the same curricula and you want a partial set for a sibling now taking the class).
    Village Sib Kit includes: instrument and a Bach & Baby CD
    Our Time Sib Kit includes: Family Activity Book, Instrument and Carrying Case.
    Imagine That! Sib Kit includes: Family Activity Book, Instrument and Play set.
    Young Child I and II Sib Kit includes: Folder and all consumable materials.
6. The entire price of a class is Materials + Tuition. If you are registered for more than one class you will receive a $10 discount on each additional class. Please notice at the very bottom of your registration form that there are two options to choose from if you are paying by credit card. Please check only one of those boxes.
7. There is a one time only new family registration fee of $15
