Enrollment Confirmation: A registration form and payment must be received before the enrollment can be confirmed. If we cannot accommodate your scheduling request, we are happy to place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call or mailed notice within three weeks to confirm your registration. Make-up Classes: We are happy to allow students who miss a class to make up that class. We do not allow make-up classes for the first or last class and we ask that you call the office 847-304-8947 to arrange in advance a make-up lesson.

Non-Enrolled Siblings: Due to limited class sizes and the unique class settings, we regret that classes for children newborn to 3 are unable to accommodate non-enrolled siblings who are mobile. Parents and children enjoy the class most when the parent is able to give complete attention to the enrolled child. Emergency exceptions are considered, so please call if we can help.

Brand New Families: A $15.00 one time only registration fee will be added to your balance for all new families.

Refunds: No refunds will be given after the first class. Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given due to an unexpected family move or serious illness necessitating withdrawal from class. Refunds cannot be given for opened materials. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.A $15.00 administrative processing fee is non-refundable.
